Smith was responsible for generating civil and landscaping plans for the Sonic Store in El Paseo and Montana in Las Cruces NM. It was built on an entirely developed location that required demolition and new site design. Smith coordinated with the City of Las Cruces for access permitting. Scope of work included, Re-plat, ALTA Survey, Demolition Plans, Site design, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans, Underground detention structures and Utility plans. We also coordinated with local utility companies and infrastructure for connections within the existing site. We synchronized Landscaping and civil plans with the owner to complete the final construction package.
