Construction Services for Agency and Area Wide Flood Control Channel Rehabilitation 

Smith’s construction services team provided resident project representative (RPR) services to Conley Engineering, LLC for the rehabilitation of NDC Overlay-Embudo and SDC Confluent to Candelaria Ditch. Smith provided full time observation which included providing daily filed reports, observation of correct concrete placement, and close coordination with the engineer. Smith also provided measurements, coordinated with the contractor, recorded and provided quantities to the engineer for pay applications.
